On Saturday I saw a post from my friend on Facebook about a book that he recommended.  Turns out it was available on Kindle Unlimited, which I have a subscription to.  I read the book on Saturday and then decided to take it on.

Today is Day 3.

Basically this practice incorporates many of the other disciplines I’ve studied throughout my lifetime with 6 easy things to do each morning before I start my day.

Silence – 5 minutes
Affirmations – 5 minutes
Visualization – 5 minutes
Exercise – 20 minutes
Reading – 20 minutes
Scribing – 5 minutes

I do these things in a slightly different order and I highly recommend this book and morning routine.
